What is your returns policy?

Refund…

At the discretion of our suppliers, you are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the good(s) you’ve bought are:
  • faulty
  • significantly different to those shown or described to you
  • not doing what they’re supposed to do.

Please choose carefully when you buy & retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

  • By law, we do not have to offer a refund if:
  • no proof of purchase can be shown
  • you’ve simply changed your mind
  • the good(s) were damaged after you bought them
  • the good(s) were purchased for someone else who doesn’t want them
  • you were aware of the faults when you bought the good(s).

Exchange…

We are happy to exchange good(s) provided that:
  • exchange is made within 14 days of purchase
  • good(s) are accompanied by the original receipt
  • good(s) are returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Lay-By…

  • Maximum Lay-By term 60 days
  • Minimum 20% deposit
  • Payments must be received fortnightly
  • No Lay-By on sale or promotional merchandise

How do I collect points?

Simply by getting into any Edge Clothing store and buying the latest and coolest fashion you will be earning valuable reward points. For every $4 you spend, you earn 1 point.

Collect just 50 points to receive a $10 Reward Voucher. Basically, when you spend $200, you will receive a $10 Reward Voucher in the mail.

How do I collect my reward?

When you have collected just 50 points you will be sent a $10 Reward Voucher in the mail to spend at any Edge Clothing store.
